If Reed wasn't the co-founder he would have certainly lost his job over such a bad move.

I don't mind paying more if the service had improved but it didn't. The wait time for a single NEW release was 2-3 weeks for me and they have a VERY limited amount of video streaming.

He claimed he was working on improving the streaming but shouldn't he have done this before raising prices...

Reed insert foot in mouth you screwed up...Bye bye NetFlix...at least for me.

Just look at the way these assholes do business. It's as if they wake up one day and decide to implement something and he just *does it* without really knowing what the fuck the result will be. Then he gets on YouTube and say's "I'm Sorry" and that's supposed to fix everything and win our trust back?

Then this fuck REDUCES the movies/shows available for streaming while RAISING prices? And it doesn't help the shows I'm referring to were available for streaming prior to the higher DVD plan. Fuckem

@jayjayjay4070 Hulu plus has a crap load of commercials,and redbox is 1 dollar per dvd rental.If you watch one movie per day,that's 30 bucks per month,just for redbox. Think about the better bargain.you save time and money wit netflix,and money is time,so you save even more,because their are no commericals. It takes time and negotiation to earn movie licenses,and now with the botching customers leaving netflix,it affected their revenue,so it may be an even bigger delay in more movies. USA #1
