@danajspr i have found a few that stop and load and stop and load. i just put it on PAUSE and allow it to finish loading. cures the problem. hoover does a wonderful job! it's our computers that can't keep up. if all else fails, reboot and open only this.

@TheJwood45154 its most likely cause it is still downloading. how long it takes to download depends on how slow your computer is.
