Thank you so much for responding to my questions. I really appreciate it. Your regimen is not only simple to follow but also it is cost effective I just finished up with the le kair cholesteral & I air dried and set my hair . wish me luck Have you had the baby yet?

Forgot to mention I tried this without shampoo and girl so far I am loving it ! I didn't have the long term relationship conditioner so I used vo5 moisture milks & followed that up with another herbal essence conditioner then I used the generic chi & the cantu shea butter I have been looking for a moisturizer that I can set my hair with I do twist outs so hopefully this will work for me. Thank you so much for sharing.

@MsJude49: Glad you liked it! Don't worry too much about getting the same products that I use. Just concentrate on finding what works for YOUR hair. Your hair may not like some of the products I use. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

@MsJude49: Yeah, I am all about being cost effective! I love my hair, but I am not going to spend a fortune to make it look good either, you know? LOL. Good luck! No, not yet. I am due 12/22.

@MsJude49: No problem! After I rinse out my relaxer, I use Aphogee 2 minute. Then I netralize, etc. I don't use shampoo because I noticed for me, excessive use of it strips my hair and makes it dry and a tangled mess. I learned that I can still get my scalp clean by co-washing and my hair stays moisturized. HTH
