these are formed due to breaking in the ice and water coming onto the ice, and as the ice is smooth and perfectly horizontal water which is warmer than snow evenly melts it. in a circluar fashion, also around the edges of lakes/ponds have the same afect as ice never really forms a perfect bond with solid materials.

Thanks, sometimes short videos can be cool too. They are not fake by the way that is the way the snow formed or melted.
