@blackmetalblunt That's been my outlook on psychedelics for a long time. We only use such a small part of our brain its highly possible that we are just seeing more of "real" reality. The fact that large doses of mushrooms or DMT and such can give you such amazingly enhanced senses that you see the world in higher dimensions than the 3rd, but yet would be unable to comprehend these dimensions otherwise, that would seem like a give away to me. But im no scientist, thats just imo

@TronaldDump420, The abrahamic concept or Dharmic concept? The two are quite diffrenet, and they vary.

Many, many people claim psychedelics to "distort" their world. Just listen to 4:51. But who's to say that our 'normal' state isn't the one that is distorted? Perhaps psychedelics REVEAL the true world. Which if you think about it, is a far more terrifying concept then your brain just making up a few crazy hallucinations. I believe this is why some people are unable to handle the experience.

@sustainable2012 that us fucking beautiful man
this guy SUCKS! He was terribly dismissive of Dr. Leary's work. Acting like Millbrook was just some university-funded drug house or something. 90% of what we currently know about the clinical/medicinal uses of psychedelics was based on research Dr. Leary had performed.
Although our government would never admit it, a lot of what we know about criminality/personality types, was built on Dr. Leary's (among others to be sure) work. We'll need another 20 years before we can cite Leary directly.

No establishment exists in the world of men in which the fecal stains of politics are not evident.
