@MrHenrick1 Greetings! in general minimizing recovery time is the goal to athletic performance enhancement. there are many strategies. nutritionists like Dr. Douglas Graham,(his inspiration was=ChinaStudy). the product is the 8/1/1 lifestyle. fruit/leafy greens. i recommend "grain damage" by doug graham // how much better does kilian perform if his recovery times r lower than now? if he can train 2x or 3x as much? // fresh/whole/raw/organic/ripe. /lol/

@dr88ought Pizza and Nutella aren't actually bad for a runner's diet, especially an ultra runner. As long as the pizza isn't full of grease and fat, a homemade pizza for instance, it will contain near enough everything the body needs. Also nutella is full of nutrients, energy and sugar all good for the lifestyle and performance of an endurance runner.
