Physics? I don't need no stinking physics! The hilarious part is that people believe the .45 ACP actually does stuff like this. Tell that to the people who relied on the myth of the .45's "Knock-down power" instead of practicing marksmanship.

So, where does one buy those "Infinite Capacity" mags for the 1911, I can only seem to squeeze 8 rounds in mine... ;)
"John Smith" must be a time lord (Isn't that one of Doctor Who's aliases anyway?) , his mags are clearly constructed on Galifrey and use Time Lord technology, they're "bigger on the inside" ;)

If the impact of the bullets had enough energy to throw a human being around like a rag doll, the recoil of the gun would be so severe that it would have the same effect on the firer of the gun. Remember your most basic physics: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

When he's on the stairs in the 2nd to last scene and he reloads his guns they emphasize the metallic sound when the slides go forward.
I dunno but I love that little part :(

no bullet in the world throws you away....it just rips apart pieces of you...bounce around inside you,clean penetrate you,shred inside you,explode in you...but it is a scientific fact that apart from you falling down in whatever position you like the energy of the round does not affect the trajectory of the fall.Hollywood just offers show.Sorry for spelling,but English is not my first language.

I know that the power of the .45 is exagerated in this movie, as well as the capacity of the 1911s, but I don't really care because Bruce Willis is so bad ass. Also, I really like the sound effect that they used for his guns.
