Sorry, I had a misunderstanding.
I made a call to Pentax support.
Fps problem is attributable to slow SD card. Slow SD card causes dropping frames or stopping shooting.
However, using high-speed SD card and a steady 30 fps is all right.

What makes you think the fps will decrease? No one has ever observed this before.
