That's the only ending on the Virtua Fighter series? Only Dural is the one with the story ending? What a rip off how come Virtua Fighter never have any character endings?

Kage was able to save his mother, but there time together only lasted a year. She was suddenly struck by a mysterious illness. It was an after-effect of her transformation into Dural. He managed to recover a part from a new type of Dural and used them on her, hoping it would cure her. But it backfired, she did not recover, it caused her to transform back to Dural. Kage knew that his mother must still be alive and he entered the 5th tournament to find her and stop J6 once and for all

@jowrab no she isnt dead, she just hasent shown up yet. Kage is still searching for her because he believes that she is still alive.

Virtua Fighter was and is the BEST fighting game ever made! From the first one which was a revolution.. till number 5 which is the most technical, most beatiful, excellent music and the most in depth customization in any fighting game!
