I always do the Plyo Variatin instead of a normal push Up I do a Plyo Push up for added difficulty ;)

Great tips!!! I love ur stuff. I have been incorporating this routine with my regular bodybuilding work outs, and it has done wonders for burning those few last stubborn pounds.

Reps are going to depend on your fitness level and ability to keep form. When you can't keep form, you are done, and then you want to increase your ability to do reps over time.
