This AMV is an extended version of my winning video from the 2010 AUSA Iron Editor competition. The full version was runner-up at the Otakon 2011 AMV Contest. The theme for the event was "Rock Out". The most noticeable differences compared to the IE final product are:
1. The first 6 seconds is included
2. An additional chorus is included
3. The secret ingredient is *not* included (it was from the KISS Live Action movie if you wanna know).
Overall, it's about 30 seconds longer than the IE version. This is my first Upbeat video and my first time using various sources. I honestly never thought I would make a "various" amv. Never thought I'd compete in an Iron Editor competition either, let alone win one against such stiff competition. The most important thing for me is that I can say this was probably the most fun I've had creating an amv. I'd been meaning to make an amv to this song for years (or at least wanting to see someone make an amv to it), but it never really materialized until I scrubbed the video footage for this competition and had an "a-hah" moment or two...or three.
