  • They were rental swords. I'd give the company name, but I don't want to give bad press -- they've been very dependable and professional with me, and I've rented several weapons from them since, including daggers, swords, and blank-firing starter pistols and rifles. The sword broke at the tang.

  • i love how the were both like aw damn... then macduff f- it i beat you with the hilt

  • why is the guy with the sword running AWAY from the guy with NO swords.

There is a advantage fighting a guy with no sword when you have a sword.

  • The Show MUST go on, improvise improvise!

  • i wouldnt run from a man without a sword lol

  • lol he takes the hilt and whacks him with it

  • Curious to hear from the actors what kind of sword this was.

  • Never stage fight with a wall hanger sword, it could be deadly. Get a Paul Chen Practical knightly with the square tang protruding from the pommel, for $100 or their Tinker early medieval sword for $250 if you want something that handles more historically accurate. These blades are tempered and not sharp or pointy. Rat tail tang swords like the one in the video are not tempered have improper grain structure, and will break at the hilt eventually sending the sword flying.

  • That was so funny. I was backstage and we were all freaking out. awesome improv though. MCBETH!!LOL ;-)

  • BAHAHA! that sucks, but dude remember, in stage-combat..YOU NEVER EVER IMPROVISE.
