Weary Hag ~ The Condensed Story

Just a little intro vid to newcomers who might think that my "Weary Hag" moniker comes from an ugly or dark place. On the contrary - this is my one chance to announce, to the anyone listening out there, just how the tired, fifty-something year old part of my mind works.

The blond-moment I mention was when I inadvertently left comments while signed in to WH rather than Bflatblues55. People said, "HUH? Who is this person acting all like she knows me and stuff?"

OODLES - Just wanted to thank you for taking the time out to stop in and listen to what the Weary Hag name is all about... I have this friend... same age as me. She's sugar and candy all the damn time; I mean, I love her but doesn't her arthritis get to her on occasion? LOL It's good to learn there's another grump out there like me!!! :)

I can relate Carol, I'm 52 years old, a good name for me would probably be "The Weary Worrier" - my wife is always saying you worry too much. I always seem to act on my worry's though, so I see them as a way of keeping the machines running so to speak. Can also relate to the blond moments, I definitely have my share of them, or as they use to call me in school...spacey maysey! I didn't like it back then, but now and looking back on it, it really kind of fits, but ignorance can be good! Mark

Hey, Carol. Thanks for the sub, I'm returning the favor. I love your singing and your Bflatblues channel, so I thought I'd venture over here.

I actually like the Weary Hag name....I am 55, and I honestly love my age and embrace it....although not every day, hehe. I get 'happy birthday old hag' birthday cards, and I chuckle. So the name hag doesn't come from a dark place for me either....it comes from a place where I'm comfy with who I am...well, sometimes, hehe. ;)
