Stretching helps avoid injury and legnthens the muscles and tendons to improve flexibility. This compreshensive stretching program is a safe, effective way to build flexibility. I've designed the stretches after 10 of working with clients so that beginners and athletes alike can use and increase flexibility with these stretches. I like to use gravity and body weight to facilitate stretching when possible. This makes it easier to relax into the stretch and improves results.

  • @rickymurrayj It must be the camera angel .. I checked after reading this and they are the same, at least close enough so that you can tell a difference without heroic efforts.

  • @embrace123ful just be careful. I'm not a physician, but that's what I'd do. Just remember that injury pain usually stings instead of just hurting. It suddenly squeals for you to stop, instead of the normal progressive urge to stop that normal pain gives.

  • @embrace123ful stretch another muscle to your pain tolerance. get a good feel at how a healthy muscle hurts with stretching. Then stretch your thigh. if it's the same, chill and just keep the stretch for as much as you can tolerate.

    if you feel the pain is very located and different from the normal from the stretch pain, give it a week, with some very light stretching (before it even starts to hurt) then, after a week, see if the pain is still there. If so, go see a physician.

  • when i stretch my inner thigh i feel some bad pain in the middle and upper thigh. what does this mean and what can i do to fix it?
