Hey, have you tried "Belly Fat Quencher" yet? Just just search Google. On there you can find a useful free video by a well respected doctor and certified dietitian talking on how to eliminate unwanted fat. It made it easier for Katherine to reduce her belly fat. Perhaps it will help you out as well...

I have answer to america's obesity epidemic: heroin. Its cheap to produce, readily available, and seriously...have you ever seen a fat herioin addict? They also seem to live a long time to boot. There, problem solved America! Now lets celebrate with a pizza.

True! If you live America and suddenly decide to be completely conscious about the food you're eating, finding GOOD food becomes pretty difficult. Especially if you've got shallow pockets. / :

I see a lot of hating on Americans for being "fat and lazy".

I live in Greece were we supposedly eat healthy and such - but I have never seen the people unite to get things done and moving like the Americans seem to be able to do, and believe me, we have problems that need solving...

Sure it's another crazy country - maybe crazier than the one I live in; but I salute their struggle because I know that not many people would act as they do - even if it took them long enough.
