what are those 2 hoses (going to the carburator like part) for?

@isko38ca the two hoses are vacuum lines, they run up to a throttle body arrangement with two butterflys under the aircleaner.

its so small. they put it in jeepneys in ph. which has more hp? 4k or that?

thank you very much...our c190 idling gets stocked at a little higher than normal.....we had to turn the lever to bring it back to the lowest idling setting..we sprayed the inside of the cable (going to the pedal) with wd40...but still doesnt go back to the lowest idling setting and the lever had to be turned by hand...my dad removed that throttle body...dont know what he did cleaned it maybe..now the engine cranks but no sign of combution...until the battery lost its charge. heater seems ok
