  • @deejaykgb I just want to make sure all of you know something about this "onboard electronic controlled throttle and brake system". If you have a car and I mean ANY car newer than a 2007 I'd be willing to say that their is a 90% chance it has this same type of system in it. I went new car shopping last week and only found that Kia still uses the manual cable controlled system of the past. The media is taking a shit on Toyota and not telling people the whole story.

  • Have you ever worked on an auto assemblyline? I have worked for Chevy dealer service and a friend worked Van Nuys GM assembly, long time ago. A Toyota line worker is no different than an American, in fact many Toyotas are built in America by Americans. All workers need to eat. BTW this CBS video was seriously flawed, Toyota had "fly-by-wire" as early as 1998 but the report says 2002. They also failed to report that Toy's sales almost doubled since 1999. Germany "invented " the auto.

  • I will ONLY BUY GM FORD or CHRYSLER because its the right thing to do with our economy the way it is. Besides Japan is not superior to the US.

Didnt we invent the automobile or was that just the assembly line rofl.

  • Yeah lets just take human control completely out of the picture LOL reminds me of Terminator.

  • bad move toyota with onboard electronic controlled throttle and brake.
