I don't know how much you all listen to his sermons but you cant judge him or his church from a 5 minute video.
And where in the Bible does it say build small churches? Tell me the scripture where it gives a numerical limit for a church. It's just like he said, why can't the church have nice things too? God never said to be ordinary and bland.

Philippians 1:17-18 The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while i am in chains. 18 But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice.
Now, talk bout someone who could have been negative nelly, chose to be happy even in chains the gospel was preached. . .

@front242johns Dig deep into the the latest seeker fad of Hybels and Warren you will see that is all a evangelical get rich quick scheme.I have seen the inside and notice what Noble,furtick,bell,driscoll push, numerous 'conferences' with the latest new thing for sale and church 'franchising' where they set up multiple locations for people to watch them on the big screen and take up guilt offerings while they brag about the 'numbers'. That is not Christianity...repent and believe.
