The Surge Water Slide Atlantis Paradise Islands Bahamas

In this water slide you plunge down 60 feet and you end up in a cave that has beautiful aquariums on both sides as you exit the pool. This is located at the Power Tower complex and close to the Leap of Faith water slide at the Mayan Temple at Atlantis aquaventure.

This video is amazing! Thanks soo much for posting. It is actually called the Abyss, not the surge, but I can definatly understand your mistake because there are really no sines that ell you the names of the slides.

That is what I remembered that it is the Abyss, but when I went on the Atlantis web site before posting the video-- it listed this as the Surge. Not sure why they have it listed like that, but I just followed their lead. I don't know if they have corrected that or not.

I also have a brochure that lists this as the Surge.

If anyone goes to atlantis for the first time, or you are retuning, remember this, hermit crabs. 6 of them fell into my tube on the rides during my time there, they hurt when they pinch.

this the abyss and the splash pool for it is awsome i'm personaly not a very big fan of the surge because if u forget to keep ur butt up it like scratches ur butt alot!!

The Surge is the other slide on this level, the double dip drop with the tube. This is the Abyss.
