@Joeerrol: Do you teach Zumba Gold? Well, I do, and I use both visual and verbal cueing. You need to take into account that some mambers of class either can't SEE or HEAR as clearly as in a regular class. Move on if you don't have something positive to say.

I am a licensed Zumba Gold instructor in Australia and the first thing our wonderful ZES Michael Thomas said was "normal zumba is all about the music and non verbal cueing, with Zumba Gold we throw all that out the window, Zumba gold you have to verbally cue and I would recommend you get a microphone." So if that is what we are taught by our Zes' then I reckon it would be right.

Love the video, I teach Gold as well, and i'm sure my class would love this. @Joeerrol, if you do not teach Zumba or ever been to a Zumba Gold class, then hush....there is an old saying, it is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool then to open it and remove all doubt. Zumba Gold is for the older adult and deconditioned.....try it, you might like it!

zumba gold is different in that the music is usually at a lower level so that cues can be heard as well as signaled silently. (hearing impaired ). Also there are some gyms that require a microphone, so just enjoy the vids for what they are.
