Dr. David Wallinga, Director of the Food and Health Program at the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy, talks about the findings of a recent IATP study on the presence of mercury in high fructose corn syrup and in common food and beverage products.
I wouldn't consume high fructose corn sytup , and I would'nt let my kids consume it to

I just made a video in response to Dr. Wallinga's great study:

I would post it here as a "response video," but I think it's wiser to post it as a response video to a Coke advert.

I wonder why Pepsi suddenly came out with the "Throwback" (SUPPOSEDLY made with only pure can sugar) for a limited time. It DID taste like the soda of my childhood (60s), which we only got when we were sick, by the way. "Throwback" was stockpiled by, ha, ha, mostly THIN shoppers (I observed) at our local Wal-Mart and Weis (a local shopping chain), the only two places you could buy it.

True, but CFL's contribute much less mercury to the environment than regular incandescent bulbs, which burn a lot more coal-electricity. Coal-burning is a huge mercury producer. So he is just advocating the less toxic alternative. You are right that a non-toxic alternative would be even better.

After doing a little research on this guy's organization (Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy), I found out that this group advocates the use of CFL light bulbs -- you know, the ones that are toxic, and that you can't throw in the trash because they contain ... Mercury.

also I am mainly wondering, because they don't label your soda or anything with HFC saying it has "MERCURY" in it... hence you would have to TEST for the mercury regardless of what the label says........ i'm not that stupid

Not shit man... I know this... im saying how can you test substances that don't even have a label on it........... like if it was 2000 years ago and didnt have labels and shit, how would an alchemist or chemist test the molecules in the substance.

read the ingredients on the side of the package and look them up individually...duh...That is what I did and you would not believe the kind of shit the FDA poisons us with..Rat bastards....Good ole Donald Rumsfeld and his aspertame and all the other false sweetners and MSG flavor additives...RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
