Video For Breadcrub, Armitage Shanks Ventura Rim View

Here's the video of the Armitage Shanks Ventura rim jet view Sharon. :) There is a lot of flushing in this video...

This is set up with the Regal high cistern and Freeflo syphon, to get the best flush for the rim jets. You can see all of them around the bowl at each flush.

After this, I chucked in some washing up liquid into the cistern, and it foamed up quite a bit, but the bowl didn't. Sorry for the jump in the video, my dad came out into the alley way to go to his workshop, but you can see, foam was pouring off the cistern!

After, you can see how close to my downstairs toilet I set this up, it's in that little area leading off from the dining room. I have done this cubicle up a bit for little money, with new chrome fittings, glass shelfs, soap dispenser etc. It looks really good compared to how it used to. It just goes to show, you can keep an old coloured suite but still have it very modern.

I have also found out that the VitrA is very, very rare. I have done a Google search on the model (DIN 1385-9) and I cannot get results for it, there is however results for the model DIN 1385-6 which is a low level pan.

Thanks, and yep, there's plenty of open rim washdown, infact, most of them were before this generation of slotted and jetted rims.

Thanks I thought you'd like that other toilet, you can really see the colour difference on this video compared to the other ones I've took of it.

Haha yes, it was quite messy to clean up after, but it doesn't foam up that much in a cistern installed properly, I've done it on both of my toilets and the bowls usually just fill with foam!

Yes, I love the colour, it's a nice shade of green. The sink appears to be a slightly more coffee green colour though...

I can tell, I know you like your coloured toilets a lot. I think the design of mine is quite modern for an old toilet, I'm hoping to change that tap on the sink though. It's all scratched and broken.

My biggest regret is not having any of this in the 80s/90s Id love to see all the different coloured bowls back then.

I did,but I did not feel like I do now on toilets,and there werent the techonlogy then.
