I worked for them for 6 years out of xwo. I liked it there. I mean it was shitty work but I got paid and treated fairly. Not all barns are the same. The manager I had was good to go. I heard horror stories about other barns that I can neither confirm nor deny. One thing I liked about conway is if you fucked up you went away regardless of your title/position and they didn't waste any time with it at all. Fuck up move up is not how it works at Con-way. It was a good company. JB is better though.

@The2009Royals They go by senority. If your on the bottom you will be treated like crap ..If theres no freight you'll get the day off/No Pay.. And you'll work every holiday while every one else is off ..But atleast your working ...LOL

then once you get 15 to 20 years served you will get your ass kissed by every one and you will get a nice cooshie day linehaul bid no more dock work just out and swap trailer with another driver at the terminal you are driving to then come back , that is if you don't end up fired they have some of the easiest ways to get fired in the industry their constantly firing drivers , you must have hazmat and doubles,triples endorsements and they ask for 10 years driving and work history

they treat you like shit and there trucks go 62 if you get hired you are on the swing shift for 5-7 years then you get a bid then you will be doing local pickup and delivery for about 5-7 years then you get a night linehaul run from terminal to terminal , you work the dock when you get to the location your driving to 2-4 hrs then you drive back to your home terminal once you get on that perminent linehaul bid you will make 80-90 K a year . 45-60k until you get in that position. good benifits
