Brashs commercial from 1978 transferred from Philips VCR LP tape. Sammy Davis Jr makes a cameo appearance at the end of the commercial.

  • ¿Is that a video from a 1978 vhs tape?

The video quality is really good!

  • @voorhes80 It actually came from a Philips N1700 VCR cassette which is an odd format as the reels are stacked on top of each other instead of alongside like the standard VHS or Betamax, look up on Google image search Philips N1700 or N1500 n you'll see the VCRs and videocassettes for them.

  • Good Jap stuff, today's stuff is shit & expensive!

  • I like the fact no producer said "excuse me Mr Davis, would you mind not smoking while we record your line"

  • @peerless77 Actually 63cm is equal to 24.8 inches.

  • @Sasquatch279 Agreed! Basically inflation has gone up in the past 30+ years so hence the prices go up for everything from taxes to products and so does the weekly wage so really on the overall scale I so from personal opinion I would say we're about as financially well off today as we were back in the 70s.

  • $776 in 1978 = $3401 today, for a 26" CRT LOL
