This is a really nice video of pixels sumo wrestling and shooting each other.
For some reason, these blocks of colors sound suspiciously similar to Snake from Metal Gear Solid and that character Pearl from Spongebob Squarepants.

The easiest way to beat her during regular gameplay is to use stealth, spirit camoflage, and infinity face paint. If you have those. Use a shotgun get up to the tree she is usually hidding behind and waite till she pokes out and blast her then once more while she's down then flee. If she tries CQC just parry her attack and shoot her afterward. If she wins while your shotgun is equiped she'll take it away and throw it with the ammo. Just go pick it up and at least one ammo boxes. No swet.!!!

its in Duel Mode.
It's useable once you complete the Story Mode.
