How does it feel to be diagnosed with ADHD? How does diagnosis typically affect a child's behaviour and social life? This video explores the process of ADHD diagnosis and the social and emotional impact it can have on children and parents alike.
For some families, the ADHD diagnosis comes as a relief -- as it finally explains some of the difficulties they have faced. It also allows families to explore coping strategies, which can ultimately help the child pursue an active and fulfilling social life.
