@kycruisecrazy the best thing you can do is to have your daughter enroll in a culinary arts program when she starts college. After she learns all the basics she can apply for the "Disney Culinary Program" which is basically this but specially for culinary arts majors.

@kycruisecrazy They dont have colleges, this is a paid internship at the parks. She can sign up for the Disney College Program (if she's in College). They have special programs just for students that want to be cooks/chefs.
