Hi Frieda,
This was great, as is usual for your playing. I had a tehnical question about the balance between the flute and harp. And also if you could recommend some nice beautiful movement for solo flute at a wedding. Is there a piano/ flute arrangement or flute guitar of this or some other nice Mozart slow movement?
On balance, especially in recordings, the flute can completely overpower the harp. Have you compensated for this?

Its a diferent partiture ? Or just a diferent Candanza ?

It's a concert harp. Harps come in all different sizes - so I was told once.

what a fabulous concert of Mozart , and what an orchestra, I just play piano but I will love to play harp.

You sound really good! I loved it!
I've played this piece too, I play the harp, but instead of an orchestra, we had an piano that played that part, it sounded nice too. We've played it in a competition and we won!

The flute is Phil's, he loaned it to me for the concert because I thought it would be interesting to see if I sound different on Gold/Platinum rather then silver. I usually play on my wonderful, fabulous and trusty silver Brannen. I had it for over a decade now!

You are so lucky to have an auntie who plays the harp! (I wish I had one...I will make her play with me all day long...lol) You will have so much fun! There are lots of other pieces that works well with harp too...for example Bach E-flat Sonata 2nd mvt. Have fun!
