Real nice instrumental track with great backing harmonies. Coming from Willie Lindo, (father of Kashief Lindo), who produced and wrote some of reggaes most popular songs, for artist such as Beres Hammond, Dennis Brown, Maxi Priest to name a few.
Takes me way back.

Respect again BBW for this great selection.....the 12" of this came out on Spank with Blues Busters cut of 'Closer I Get To You'. This by far the stronger cut...the keyboards on Busters tune is too much and kills it for me.

father of Kashief is not an apt term. this man was reaponsible for more JA session tunes than one man can comprehend. he may (in my estimation) have invented a certain sound of disco that yet to be paralleled. no, he has yet to be paralelled.

I heard this at my first blues session. I thought that I'd NEVER hear it again. I can't even buy it anywhere, and I've known people in the music buying / selling business, a cracking tune. Thank you!!!
