TPU case is actually great as you normally expect. My little niece dropped my phone with TPU case and it just absorbed the impact.. Although it was just a light drop, I can imagine the damage it would do without the case and its bad.

in my opinion, if you bought a tpu case to protect the phone and you try to throw the phone away and drop down to the cement. it still up to the phones durability..

the case just protects the phone from scratches but not from damage
