1 Single crochet in one loop and a single crochet two times in another loop.
Her channel has a "Beginner's Playlist" for anyone who is new to crochet. I'd recommend watching those first. =)

Plz give me a tip why does my project get too tight even though I deliberatly to make it loose
This is really cute. I want to make a really big one though, like the size a of a small, decorative pillow. Should I increase the stitches or use a larger needle, or both?

@TechnoFox158 I would increase the stitches. Using a large hook will give you larger stitches which may create holes.

What if i want to make one bigger? About a pillow's size? Please help me :) I need it for this Valentine it's just 2 days more.

@abuchicky138 You can make the circles larger, which will make a larger heart.

Cool! Thanks TJ! Yet another fabulous tutorial! I'm making a few for valentines, just finished my first one .. Phew that gets tight at the end. But what's worse is that I was crocheting on the INSIDE not outside .. I was way to Darin to start again so I just had to keep it up lol! Turned it a treat! Thankyou :) and to givemeacupcake that's such a great idea!!!! I had not yet thought about adding it to dolls etc! Weeee!

@MissFlux It does get tight at the end. An alternative would be to weave the yarn through the last stitches, pulling it tight. It may have more of a rounded shape but it will be easier to work with.
