This is my bug Gym Fred. I started calling him Fred but thought i should name him Jim since i found him at the Gym... So i named him Gym Fred... Gym Fred the Weird Bug.

  • Idiots it's obviously a mole cricket! I've seen these dozens of times in my backyard just look up mole cricket in wikipedia and you will see a picture of it.

    well bug boy, those of us that don't spend our lives identifying insects in our backyards have never seen a damn mole cricket before. Now, I don't know where you live, but where I come from, there aren't many of these underground dwelling bastards around. So... in short, if you have never seen a mole cricket before it does not automatically make you an idiot.

  • its a mole cricket. they are pretty common, you just never see them because they are noctornal and live under ground. they are pretty amazing. they swim, sing, fly, and dig, and are great moms.they are known for being pests, they ruin golf courses with theyre tunnels

  • dragon fly larva live in ponds though, so to find one at the gym would be a pretty rare sight. although i dont know that much about dragon fly larva, i suppose some could live outside of water.
