I love this recipe! Fills you up and makes you smile!

Sloppy Taters
You will need:
· red skin potatoes (peeled or with skin)
· ranch
· season salt (Season All)
· cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean potatoes and cut into bite sized pieces. After rinsing potato pieces, pour them into a large pot, cover with water and boil for 15-20 min. Once potatoes are fork tender, drain and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle seasoned salt over potatoes. Pour ranch over potatoes, you want a good amount to give the potatoes flavor. Finish it off with sprinkling cheese on top. Place dish in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!

Yield: one 5 lb bag of potatoes makes about two casseroles (8 x 10 in.) One casserole will yield about 6 servings.

Sloppy Taters is a great potato side dish and goes great with steaks, or anything else you throw on the grill.

  • I have tried sloppy taters where someone added bacon bits, it was good, but left a strong bacon bit taste in my mouth. But everyone has their own taste.

  • Why haven't you made any more videos?

  • I have made this and it's good. Touched it up next time with touch of bacon and shake of hickory salt. Taters are good no matter how you prepare them. Jalapenos are good too if you like spicy .
