Yay for breaking our conditioning to let the mind override our biology =) Whenever I sleep with the Sun for long periods (normally falling asleep just after sunset and rising 1-2 hours before the Sun in Winter), the flow part of my Moon Cycle begins at the new Moon - not just on the day, but at the actual moment when the Moon conjoins the Sun.

Ran out of space :) Wondering what you think about other mental activity before bed? Do you usually read before sleep? I find that some reading could also be a stung stimulation. Trying to pick my bed time reading more mindfully.

Glad to see you back Sister Goddess! I've been wondering about what you are cookin' in your creative kitchen :) Awesome ideas as always. Love the digital sunset concept, although it can be very challenging to implement. Will give it a try at least one day a week!

As I am not currently required to be up at a specific time, I've been indulging giving my body the sleep it is asking for. My plan is to get more aligned with the sun, but for whatever reason those quiet morning hours feel so delicious
