@flatabsmom For sure this is the hardest workout I have ever done. I just started a week ago and have already felt like puking, cried, huffed puffed and about everything else you could imagine. lol From one mom to another...CONGRATS on your success! congratulations. Your transformation was an excellent. I've been starting Insanity for about a year now, but I've never been able to finish it. I'm gonna start again and finish it. Wish me luck. And, you keep doing yor thing.
