THIS EPISODE: Latin America is the biggest supplier of cocaine in the world. This is flooding the region with un-taxed and un-traceable currency, mostly provided by drug consumers in Europe and the US. This money, in turn, is being used by drug cartels to buy influence, protection, politicians and anything else they dream of, creating a climate of corruption that threatens to destabilize the region.
