Heaviest set of today's military press training.
Training:
3x75, 3x85, 3X92.5, 1X100, 0x105, 5x80,18x60(speed press)
BTN push press: 4x2x125kg
Dumbell Curl&Press: 2x6x38kg, 2x3x40kg, failurex28kg
Bodyweight Chin ups: 5x4-8 (or sth)
20' walking on the treadmill.

4th day on a keto diet.

Ps.This training was out of my basic/prescribed schedule because i felt that i wanted to do that today.

  • @kraftsportNO yeah, you're gonna hit it for sure! it was tough at the lockout 'cause i had lost my focus during the lift as i remember. What i have experienced with military press is the fact that whenever i try to hit a rep for a long time like yours (seven sec) then i feel extremely deezy..really weird feeling..and i almost drop the bar back at the pins..

  • @tlast2O12dude thanks, it's good to be 100+ in all exercises. I will hit more soon if i work to hit a PR. That was a random choice after some tripples. I also hit 100 some weeks earlier but it was made after singles and was a PR attempt.

  • @freaknick250 Still, it was a very nice lift from you! I often get light headed as well from the strain and pressure. I hold my breath while pushing.

  • @kraftsportNO Thanks my friend.I try my best.I want to clean 140kg also and then hopefully push press them :P.I am in a little weird lifting phase now.I want to take it 'easy'' till December this year and preferably hit some rep PRs but on the other hand these days that i started working again i hit the gym late in the evening full of agressiveness and a little psyched so i want to get out of the prescribed programme, take it to extreme and then calm down.I've done it in past and hit a plateau..

  • @freaknick250 I didn't know my first message went through, it obviously did, yes, those black one looked like 10kg plates, but you never know, there are some odd plates around. What you say makes sense. Yes, the sense of the weights crashing down is a good one! Oh, you will get 140kg soon enough. Some more strength, and you are there. :)

  • @kraftsportNO Haha, man the plates are 4x15kg yellow, 2x10kg black plus the 20kg bar. BTN push press is sth fairly new to me.It's a good way to lift big weights.I also like the fact that after the ''push'' the weights ''crash'' a little on the back..:P 140kg is a little too much for me now, i think.

    I run keto because i am experimenting with a nutrition methology.Fuck lean up!lol

    Maybe if i work up with singles up to PR attempt could beat 100kg soon.I reached them doing heavy tripples today.

  • BTN push press or jerks are great, Haven't done them in a long time. I am sure you can beat my 140kg there! So what is the plan with the keto-diet? To lean up? Sometimes you should just do things that are not prescribed, sometimes you just feel like doing something! :) 100kg millitary press, you are stronger now than before millitary? Awesome! What are the plates here? Are the black ones 15kg? 25+25+15+15+20bar? Totally awesome man! CONGRATULATIONS!
