Camstudio options for small file size and fixed audio sync/lag

fix camstudio audio sinc issues AND keep the video size down while having a crystal clear full HD video.

My monitor is 1920 x 1080 and I watched a bit of the video in 1080p and fullscreen, the quality is shit. And it's called sync, not sinc.

where did you get that codec from ? because that's not the default.. so tell us where you download it from..
