Can I do a sub dive with a yamaha 2009 superjet without any add-ons?

Yes you can. Doing a dive isn't too hard, you just have to get used to jumping with your weight centered or even forward instead of leaning way back like you see most people do. Footholds make it way easier but aren't completely necessary.
