Feb 09 Orange County Ca both me and my husband saw these without use of anything but in the suns reflection.They were everywhere like sparkling metal.I saw them on a clear day before days of heavy chem trail spraying.

Please read the context of these patents. It is very informing !!! The key is the 3rd patent #4,791,076. This is for a special carbon fiber that is doped with the CHEMTRAIL elements (Titanium,Aluminum, Barium, Magnesium, Calcium).
