  • 10 minutes per pound, so that 27 lb turkey took 270 minutes, which is 4 and a half hours.  Yes, 450 degree Fahrenheit oven.

  • i cant understand ,why people do that , ...stick there hand into ,a carcus ,without gloves ,all it takes is a sharp bone to nick your hand ,or finger ,and you can end up with all sorts of crap

  • very interesting. thanks for sharing. i cooked in alu .. foil in the past and it was always golden brown (but the trick is butter. about 450 degree for over 4 hours??
