Ok I agree during the holidays you should enjoy some good food , BUT there has to be rules to not sabotage my progress... here are my rules..
PORTION CONTROL,
NO SECONDS,
LOG EVERY CALORIE TO STAY WITHIN MY RANGE,
WORKOUT LIKE ANY OTHER DAY!!!
THIS EXCUSE HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY BUSTED!
