    I meant an actual piece of radioactive material (IE Americium in smoke alarms) which is referred to as a Alpha Beta or Gamma Emitter/Source

  • @Bluetorchproductions Dude the Tungsten plate is the gamma source. When you said gamme source, which methode of gamma production you were referring to?

    Shooting e- to a W plate is the easiest way to produce gamma rays and also the most compact form for medical applications.
