I put chalk on my thighs so you can see I slapped. Progression is...

kipping pullups, regular pullups, kipping clapping, non-kipping clapping, L-clapping, L-slap chest, kipping behind the back clap, L-slap abs, L-slap thighs, regular slap thighs, behind the back clap

I don't think there's anything beyond that besides like double slapping, but I'm not gonna try it. I've only done like 1 or 2 ever of straight body slap thighs... it's REALLY hard to pull that powerfully.

  • @MrArbitrager -- Former gymnast. Quit when I was about 10-11. All of my strength was gained back during college and after.. and that is what you see now.
