Never seen these cut scenes B4. They should have been left in especially Rocky & Adrian but that may have been a little risque for the rating.

Also I think this scene between Rocky and Adrian that was cut from the film was part of why Rocky V missed the mark. Burt Young (Paulie) said, "Everyone thought Rocky was a boxing movie, I knew it was a love story." Rocky should always be about the love the character has for his family and their love toward and for him. Adrian was the reason he was inspired to win his fights

When Rock explains to his kid why he really retired, it actually makes more sense and justifies the film Rocky Balboa. If he'd have gotten a really bad concussion rather than all out brain damage it would've made sense that he passed the boxing comission with flying colors in this last film he did.
