I was just relocating a few squirrels to a few miles away at no harm to them. They were getting into the trash cans and throwing trash around. The "relocation" worked for a few weeks, then more squirrels moved in so it wasn't really a long term success.  :-)

i have the exact same trap but after catching it i either shoot the squirrel with a pellet gun or let my friend come over with his homemade flamethrower and fry the little bastard

lol, i remember a trap i did with my brother. it was not for squirrels but for rats. we ,made 3 of them and placed them all around the house. the first one was "the blender" it has 4 circular saws and a wheight triggerin the middle,, when the rat steps the circular saws close in and turn on. the second one was the furnace. wheight triggered, when triggered, butane escapes, and then a lights the butane and the rat frys. the third one was thevenus fly trap. wheight triggered, needles stab the rat

You should drown it. Better for the environment than driving miles to relocate it.
