  • Anyway I could convince you to post the flipside? I think it was called "Shirley Klein." It too was a novelty tune, but wasn't a bad song on its own merits...if I recall correctly from the one time I heard it. :> Thanks.

  • Hmm, I don't have the 45, I had this track on a compilation CD called Hey Look What I Found Vol. 4. May have to look for that 45 now!!

  • I guess there's no chance this appears on that CD in stereo?!? I'm thinking the people who compiled that CD mastered it from vinyl??...

  • There's a bit of stereo reverb on the CD, it would have easily been added to audio taken from vinyl. It sounds a little bit better than mono, but all the instruments and vocals are still in the center.

  • Look in Belle Meade which is on Nashvilles outskirts. Surely there is 1 there and if there isn't 1 there now maybe there will be soon.

  • I came here because this track was featured on Jimmy Page's official website. Couldn't find it anywhere else on the Internet, not even in torrents)

  • Thatza Niza

  • I feel like having a bagel!

  • OHMIGOD, this is fantastic!! I cannot stop laughing...thanks!!!!!

  • Oy Gevalt!! Mickey Katz is up there smiling.....

  • Ironically, Zal Yanovsky, the Lovin' Spoonful's Jewish guitar player from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, ran a restaurant in Kingston, ON along with his wife called Chez Piggy. Both Zal and his wife have since passed away but his daughter Zoe runs the place now.

  • Great record, thanks for posting. Another case where the parody is better than the original record.

  • THIS IS GREAT :O)

  • Yep - don't forget Bob Dylan (Robert Zimmerman)
