@Blessiiii It's cheddar cheese, just shredded so it will melt faster. And last time I checked, the British make cheddar cheese too.

Since watching this, I've made it for my 12 year-old daughter about 15 times. She LOVES it. When she's really good, I'll even crumble some freshly cooked bacon into the cheese inside the sandwich. Seriously, she's been telling everyone what a great cook her mom is, and I'm pretty sure it's all because of this sandwich.
