@venomrules166 Initially during the Civil War, Spider-Man was on Iron Man's side. During that time, he was wearing a red and gold suit that Tony Stark made for him. But later he changed sides and joined Captain America's team in opposing the registration act., and thus he changed back to his original suit.

@semen690 He was neutral at first. But later on he joined Captain America's team after rescuing Spider-Man from being captured when he rebelled against registration. However, after two villains had attempted to join Cap's team, the Punisher shot them dead. Captain America got angry and beat him up, even though the Punisher refused to fight him. Afterwards, Cap had him kicked off the team.
