  • man this video helped me alot ...

    i used to look like shrek with hunch back of 90 digrees .. after doing this for 2 days and doing each set up for around a 2 mins of holding it opned my spine and i went to my doctor and he was amazed after seeing the x-rays .

    Hello there, the exercises work very well, Thank you again for sharing the Video and tips,

    the problem I have experience lately is because of the so much typing I do everyday,

    my wrist is hurting and part of my forearm., any advise you can give us? will be greatly appreciated,

  • What if when I put my shoulders back it makes my lower back arch to much.

  • Thank for you the tips, I have been working most of my life in desk and 39 Yrs later I notice the hunch, even my cousins told me about my hunch when I was at a party.

    so this exercise are definitely going to help.
